Looking for a Flash CS3/ActionScript 3 scriptor.

How much is the going rates on hiring people to work on flash cs3/actionscript 3 projects that entail socket scripting? Creating and using a specialize font for the textarea and converting of old pascal ansi routines into action script to update the textarea with the ansi codes.
