Imo the auction should have been closed days ago 96 hours have well passed.
Last acceptable bid ( numeric ) was placed on the 13th of Nov and then someone posts a xxxx bid claiming the name right before the 96 hours are over but that seems not to be an acceptable bid.

I think @Amanda needs to give a look here
