Umm, no, that's not how UDRP cases are argued and adjudicated. Interestingly enough, a UDRP panel has the power to request a live hearing. That has NEVER happened. Not a single time.

UDRP cases do not involve live oral argument, and they do not involve any direct interaction between the panel and the parties.

This session might be a lot of things, but it is nowhere near accurate to bill it as "how an actual UDRP domain name dispute case is argued and adjudicated". That is simply misleading.
