Links and advertising on popular PR 5 site with high traffic!!

I am opening up link sales and advertising (120X240) options on my PR 5 arcade site. The site was online from Sept, 05, but I have to change the name in Dec, awstats will be only from Dec,05.

Important Details:

PageRank: Homepage 5 and inner pages 4 and 3

Traffic: The site has received the following in each month as per awstats (Screenshots will be provided in PM)

Dec, 05: Uniques: 62,468, Hits: 1,292,534
Jan, 06: Uniques: 66,536, Hits: 748,260
Feb, 06(so far): Uniques: 27,755, Hits: 611,347
(I am investigating the drop in uniques in Feb and stepping up the advertising)

All screenshots will be provided in PM along with the URL.

Pages indexed:

Google: 811
Yahoo: 1,092
Msn: 336

Backlinks:

Google: 365
yahoo: 110,455
msn: 4,765

Now, please note that this site was up from Sept, 05 so all the indexing and backlinks were developed over time, not in the last 2 months.

Total pages on the site: more than 2000 including member profile pages.

Advertising Options:

Links: (on the side column, prominent places, even on game pages)

Note 1: All links will be sitewide links from more than 2000 pages. That means instant 2000 BLs at least in yahoo's engine.

Note 2: Few links will be sold to preserve rankings

Note 3: Gambling, adult and all no-no links will not be accepted

Rates:

1 link per month: 20$
per 3 months: 55$
Until next PR update (when ever it is): 65$

Banners: 120X240 size, sitewide impressions. (on the side under links section)

Awstats for pages for the last three months:

Dec, 05: 946,189
Jan, 06: 604,864
Feb, 06: 504,414

Also, there will only be ONE banner, no rotation.

Rate:

One month: 30$
3 months: 80$
