Leasing Domains Based on GEOIP - Geographical Exclusivity

There used to be a service called RootOrange.com that did just that-seems defunct now. You could allow a law firm to lease say, attorney.com for their state. Anyone using that domain in their state would be redirected to their website. Basically offering geolocational exclusivity by state. More granular, by city. Is there a service or a server script that provides this functionality?

Thanks

I am not aware of one, but it would need to be a very premium domain to have any possible demand.
