Development is definatly going to happen with this name...Exactly which dev is the question,I have a few in mind for the name of the most traveled city in the US

I agree... $50.00 as is.

But the development potential is huge. I live here in Las Vegas. A good ad campaign, good service, a good product and your a "hit". We have 5000 (five thousand) people a month moving here. Every walk of life you can imagine. Yard sales, swap meets, classified sales etc. are growing rapidly. Auto sales are amazing here. Cars are on every corner for sale. We have been seeing 20 to 40 % increase in home values over the last few years. I'm even sitting on 200k equity.

High end item sales are going well. Home improvements, upgrades, entertainment, security etc.....are easily afforded here. One major market left to tap is the "net".
