acronym007 said:It is great news, regardless if this was a company or not, there is no way to separate the company from it's name which is Last.FM . The company name is last.fm so it's not just a business, it's a internet business, an ecommerce business not brick and mortar. It will bring attention to the fact that other tld's exist where many do not know they even do exist. It will raise eyebrows that the internet is alive and vibrant. How can this not be good? Is this just a business? How many people have gone to the last.fm building? See, it's more, way more and this is just as important as anything else, a step in our industry's evolution. Trust me when I say this, people in big business take notice when million dollar domains are sold. So while this sale is not for just for a domain name it is company formed around a domain name which marks much room for expansion in our business. There's room for growth outside of .com, there's room for all of us. Don't go out and buy a .fm because of this sale but be positive your ccTLD has allot of potential with the right development.
