Yes that is true Cy, there is a strange Love/Hate relationship between the Aussies and Kiwis, over everything. Sport, History, Sport, Sport, How the British were bitch-slaped by the Maoris but not so much buy the Aborigines, did I mention Sport? It's the geographic isolation from the rest of the planet, it creates a kind of national 'Cabin Fever'.
