This site has videos from Kimbo Slice and his crew. They put out fight videos and have a very large following. What amazes me is the great CTR for this site.
I am selling because I have just gotten this dreaded notice from adsense:
While reviewing your account, we noticed that you are currently displaying Google ads in a manner that is not compliant with our policies.
Regarding my site www.KimboSlice.info.
I am making this a fast auction because I want to have the site transferred and my ads off of there ASAP. The new owner should *NOT* put google adsense on this site. Try using bidvertiser, adbrite, or YPN (if you got it).

Great keyword placement with google. Check out the keyword screenshot. I also installed some SEO widgets into this site which seem to be paying off. I see they have put out some videos since I last updated the site. The new owner could probably add these videos to increase the traffic. All traffic comes from google.
