Customer service analytics, trends, an organiser of some kind for "keeping analytics", maybe. Not too sure if a piece of software would literally be called the domain in question. Would it grab my attention or appeal the same way as "power analytics" or a "super analytics". Something a little more edgy and exciting, for the same intended use. Take offers, but I don't see much value IMO. If you catch a break and find a cool XXX offer or more, power to you
