Yeah, the First statement was related to the papers ("Probably.").
The second statement was my personal doubt on the issue. I think that TD protecting a political slogan for political purposes infringes the free speech right.

Who's saying that he can't say the slogan? Also why would he want to say it if he has his own slogans?

Basically when you prohibit using a phrase in some mediums.
Becouse two different political parties have the right to advocate different meanings for same concepts.
I'm not experienced in IP law (as probably is arleady clear xD), just a reasoning on principles.
