no i dont think you will have troubles, unless somebody tries to make it trouble, i just wouldnt market it or say that you own these numbers.mobi that spell google, the less you promote that fact then there is not too much anybody can say, if you are marketing it as hey this spells google, a clever attorney can make a case. I would just own it and keep quiet about what it is that it spells.

i am not an attorney just speaking my opinion, and my no means am i a domain expert you may want to ask some of the big boys here at NP.

i'm not an attorney..but in my opinoin..no way could that be a tm issue. they can come to you and say what? for all they know you registered that domain to spell nwraad or something...lol..I mean tm'ing a name is one thing..but the line has to be drawn somewhere, you can't trademark numbers! (at least..i dont think so??)...just my 2 cents

this is true for text messaging, but if i told you to call 1800yahoo you would dial 92466. same with domains. If you want to type yahoo then yes 666 etc, but if your just pressing the button with the letter like 1800 numbers then no
