I just sold the domain "Kat.tel" to kattel via Sedo. 
At first I don't bother to reply a low-ball offer back in 2017, but finally I decided to submit a counter-offer and give it a try.

I think we should reply every domain offer even the initial offer is low. We may turn it into a sale
