domain Just picked up “abc.sc” for $67. Good buy or too niche?

Just like the title says, I bought the domain abc.sc for $67. I know .sc (the ccTLD for the Seychelles) is pretty obscure and honestly, I hadn't even heard of it before stumbling across this domain. 🤔

But the "abc" prefix feels like a great catch. What do you guys think? Any ideas on its value or potential?

Feel free to be brutally honest.

Why? Is it because the suffix is too uncommon?

Yes. Also, next time please use ''Appraisal section'' if you need opinions on a domain name.

I remember when I was all excited about catching abc.plumbing some years back, what a great brand name! It never sold, even for just a few hundred dollars. New G's and most CC's don't sell unless it is crypto or some disruptive new tech related, or you're very lucky. "SC" can be short for stablecoin or smart contract so maybe you have something.

Who do you think will buy it from you, and why?

Keep in mind that many ccTLDs are not considered generic so will not rank well outside of their country and ccTLD operators are pretty much free to do as they please with renewal prices and registration rules.

Ah, I was checking for available 'abc' TLDs and saw this one was open. I liked the look of it and just grabbed it. Now I'm wondering if I was being a bit too impulsive. :(

Next time when I want to buy a new domain, I will think deeply before deciding. :)
