I was wondering if I could have a current appraisal for www.flightupdates.co.uk please? I have tried hard to market it and get it on the search engines. Any idea what I could value it at if someone was to enquire as to its availability? Advice and/or criticism is of course more than welcome also!

An estimate on the earning from the website would help in getting the right valuation. I suggest putting rough earning range, page ranks, backlinks etc.

It currently doesn;t have a PR due to being a brand new site. It has 54 backlinks and makes around $1.20 per day on Adsense since being put on a few days ago.

I place the domain+website in the range mid $xxx - high $xxx. A higher revenue would fetch you higher dividends.
