I like the concept of the Grid based advertising model and it appears to be very effective. What I did was borrow the concept of the grid and wrapped a site with content around it. Today, still within 12 hours of launch and via a few ads placed my site has already had over 100 uniques visitors with a majority of them watching the content.

I predict today the the site will get at least 1000 unique visitors and will continue to grow as new content about Brian is added. I plan to refresh my grid every 90-120 days to keep the model profitable and update content daily to keep it interesting.

I might also add a few cams to his house and have some other tricks up my sleeve. It will be interesting to see how this all plays out...

I like that its got a strong personal touch with a good dousing of humour. That should help keep visitors returning.

Maybe change the colors as mentioned and the grid might almost not appear on a 600x800 rez.

3. Who are you?

We are an upstart marketing company (Bare Naked Marketing) looking to make a name for ourselves in an already crowded industry. Brian is not a fictional person that we invented for this site. He is absolutely real and nothing about him is staged or acted out on his part. Brian also happens to be our neighbor, which is why we have access to add new videos and pictures on a daily basis.

Excellent! Cool site and a nice twist on the pixel selling concept. It's one of the few offspring of the MDHP that is worthy of a second look. It will be interesting to see if you can get some publicity from it.

Does Brian know about the site? Why's the site sayd "528 Beers Bought For Brian as of September 24, 2005" where I don't see very many ads at all.

So for $12 we can get 24 blocks and a free DVD? All while supporting Brian's drinking habit?

I do like the concept, however I do have to agree that the colours are blinding! I could not spend too much time looking at it. I'm not sure if that is going to keep people coming back.
