Just a different idea of how sell domains with websites

Hey guys,
I have acquired and registered several domain names with development intents, but currently i don't have much free time (i'm moving to another house) and i think i wouldn't have for a while.
Since some money could be really useful for my situation, i was thinking: and if i offer a commission (i'm not sure how much, like around 20-40%) of domain+website sale for any webmaster who would create and manage a minisite (commission would increase for bigger sites), do you think i would find some people which accept these conditions?
It wouldn't be an immediate investment, we should wait for at least 2-4 months, to have a decent SEO ranking, some visits and a reasonable PageRank.

I know, it is a different and not-usual idea, and i hope my poor english was enough good to let you understand what i mean.

Thanks in advance for your opinions.

If you have a phenomenal domain you might find some interest but if the domain has limited potential the possibility of being paid zero is not likely to attract experienced developers.

It would not take much time or money to get a hosting account and use their installer to put wordpress on each of your domains. Then write a couple of posts about your ideas for the site. Don't worry about a fancy theme or anything. Now the domains have relevant content and Google will find them. That starts the aging process and in a few months when you have more time they will be more ready for development.

Setting up any kind of shared arrangement would probably take more time than this and has a high potential for problems.

I'm not sure about that. Yes, the interest would be not much, but i see some little sites with poor domains sold for $50-100 every day. I have several good niche-keywords domain names (business, banking, realestate and internet related, max 2 keywords) which receive few type-in views right now, with sedo parking page.
I'm optimist and i say i would sell them for at least $100 right now with no sites.
But, well, sometimes we should find new solutions and try new things, no?

I perfectly agree with your last sentence. Well, i agree with all you have wrote, but i'm not expert of programming, wordpress, html etc, so i need lot of time to understand things ;) plus my english just LOOKS good enough but it isn't, i should use dictionary for almost everything and it would means LOT OF TIME for writing just a little article.
And, not less important, i'm not expert at all of SEO ranking, Pagerank and all those new web things.
Eventually shared arrangement should be based on trust. I guarantee a fixed commission on the sale of, for example, 40%. It means if the website is sold for $100 i give him $40, if sold for $1000 i give him $400 etc. This is the difficult part, in my opinion, because who can tell i will respect the promises? Only the trust.

Is there any reason not to publish in your native language?

If you write about things you know about much of the SEO stuff tends to take care of itself. I have some home repair pages and since I used the names of the tools required, the materials needed, and the jargon of the contractor trade the right keywords are automatically part of the writing.
