Hey,
I need to get a new phone again and I'm looking for something I can do all my work on the move this time, if possible.

The main thing is being able to read emails properly (HTML emails inc) and view websites - Specifically forums.

Is there a phone that has something close to a real browser that lets you do almost everything you can in a browser?

I have been contract for a while but I'm tired of being stuck with the same contract for so long so if I can do it prepaid that would be even better

Thanks!

No one suggested any Nokia! I am surprised.
John D: a Nokia 6680 is a great option in my opinion. You can incorporate almost endless feature in it. It comes with Opera browser and you can see websites in their original form and stripped down version for the mobile. Forums are accessible without any hassle, infact I have made some posts from my brother's 6680 here on Namepros. Other features that you can have via third party software are:
Instant Messenger (Agile Messenger connects to MSN, Yahoo, Google, AIM, Jabber, AOL).
Image manipulator (Photobase, Photographer, Image warp just to name a few).
Longer video recording (Can record upto 1 hour by default, longer videos with Phillips Camcorder).
Faster internet via 3G.
Video calling via 3G and there are plenty of games available for you if you like playing games.

Go for a Nokia 6680 or a similar one like Nokia N70. It'll be worth it!

UPDATE: Here's the browsing specification from Nokia 6680's page:

* WAP 2.0 XHTML/HTML multimode browser
* Improved Web compatibility with support for HTML 4.01, including support for elements such as image maps, background images, and frames
* Support for a subset of JavaScript 1.5, which includes the most commonly used functions found on the Internet
* File upload over HTTP using standard HTML forms
* Small screen rendering option including a faster page-up/page-down scrolling style
* Full-screen mode, download progress bar, and adaptive history list
* 3GPP video streaming
* OMA DRM 1.0 - including forward lock for content protection, combined delivery, separate delivery and superdistribution
* Wallet: convenient online use and storage of your numbers and passwords
* Offline mode for using imaging and productivity features in areas where the radio must be switched off
