Looks like Item.com has successfully brokered for 102,000$.
Nice sale, but was the price right?
Obviously that was the right price for the Buyer.
Fair price. However, in terms of long term value...the buyer got a steal. With the advent of cryptocurrencies, values for virtual items will skyrocket. Item.com is the perfect name for a virtual item marketplace. I could see a company building it out for selling skins and items for CSGO, PUBG, DOTA and League via crypto.
Could have, the price is between reseller and end user level IMO. I'm sure the buyer knows what they're doing, in this case the investor had cash to burn or the end user got a hell of a deal. Congrats to all parties involved.
I wouldn't have sold it for less than $350,000. More likely in $400,000 - s500,000 range.
