Is this worth to buy a domain .org or .mobi with good statistics

I would like to ask you if it's worth to buy a domain with .org or .mobi extension that has statitics like monthly searches over 15,000 - ( I dont mention estimation value ) word/s are real dictionary words , what do you think about it ? OR there is no rule at all ?

all depends on why/what your interest in the name, is for.

but if considering for reselling, then .org may be easier to sell than .mobi

but then again, everything depends on the actual domain name.
