Is there an existing ready-made solution of creating own landers with various options to bulk update sales price etc easily?

At a minimum form would require following fields/data:
(admin able to specify which fields are mandatory)

- desription of domain
- inquirer name
- inquirer email
- contact phone
- BIN price
- minimum offer requirement
- message
- inquiry history (number of inquiries, history of offers/inquirers/emails etc, # lander views...)

- ability to bulk upload CSV excel spreadsheet (BIN, min offer, description...)
