I don't know where you are located, and whether hostinger.com operates in your country, but they provide free hosting, without any advertising links for them. You can only add 3 domains per account but you can register a new account every day. They don't use cPanel, but they use a proprietary Control Panel which works similar to cPanel. I don't use them a lot (because I have my own VPS with cPanel) but I think they are a very good free alternative. I am not associated with them in any way, apart from as a (non-paying) customer. Support can take some time to reply for the free accounts. From 1-4 days in my experience. You should check them out, at least.
Whichever hosting you choose, you could of course do all this with 1 main domain and put the for sale pages as folders and redirect your domains to these subfolders. Or if you are experienced you could set them up as one landing page for all your domains using PHP. Don't ask me how. I don't have the time to explain.
I do however agree with Biggie. If you park your domains with any parking company, they will provide you with for sale link at the top of the page, and you have a chance to make some parking revenue at the same time. But quite often parking and sales don't sit well together, and you might want to setup a dedicated for sale page for each domain.
You could also use software similar to the one in my signature, which has a dedicated landing page for each domain, which you could redirect your visitors too. So there are quite a few options.
