Is Sedo's offer make offer page misleading to buyers?

In the past I usually had my names listed as make offer or buy now with price, recently I put a price where I would be willing to send to auction, ie: 100.00, and make offer, now there is a link that says sellers asking price is 100.00, to me asking price is same as sale price
If I saw that I would think that is the sale price. Maybe it explains further down the line when price is input but being I don't buy domains I wouldn't know that

If you leave the make offer price blank you can get some bids. Even if they are low, you can counter and negotiate and eventually agree on a sale price or push it to auction.

I use my own sales pages and put minimum offers in to avoid lowball offers.

Same can be done at Sedo. Don't price your domains just set minimum offers to the amount that you would push each domain to auction and then when you get a bid you know it's already at your auction starting point so then the decision is counter offer or auction.

I cant complain about sedo as a whole because all my sales have been from them and I was paid by check for every one. there was only one issue of non payment for xx,xxx which they told me this buyer has done many transactions with them and takes a while to pay but he always pays, and he did. I might take the advice above and just post make offer to eliminate any misunderstandings
Thanks guys
