I think a name like that is definitely worth the hyphen. This is a hugely popular search term world wide and should garner traffic, hyphen or no hyphen.

Many dispise hyphens but there are always exceptions and this in clearly one of them.

Two days ago I spent 4 hours trying to find a decent nanotech domain to no avail. From my recent experience, I would say it's totally worth the hyphen.
