Is Biomedicina a proper word and if so what language is it?

I googled it a couple years ago before I regged Biomedicina.us but the wiki page is in Spanish (I think, which I don't understand at all) http://pt.wikipedia.org/wiki/Biomedicina . But just looking at words that looked similar to English I assumed the word translates in English to Biomedicine. I guess one should never assume though as using Biomedicine as a keyword has not been successful. As a parking page Biomedicina.us hasn't done well. What keyword/s would be best with it?

I'm looking at upcoming renewals and deciding which domains to renew and which to let expire. Can anyone proficient in Spanish tell me if Biomedicina is a proper word and what it means?

Biomedicina is a proper word in many languages. As far as I know - Portuguese/Brasilian, Bosnian, Croatian, Serbian.
