This story starts with DNF; a barren wasteland that once was a leading forum within the domain industry. While the forum itself played a huge role in propagating the myth that is Adam Dicker, the story really begins with DNF College in the summer of 2011.

Updates / Reports
These are in no particular order.

From what I understand, Adam still owes north of $33,000 to previous customers and business partners. As I receive more information, I will update this figure.

I am not here as an ambulance chaser, I just want factual information.
It's hard to go through the whole thread and I do not want to miss anything.
If anyone has information not posted in the thread please email me it.
I do understand the frustration and would like to help.

So who are you and where are you based? I think it's an odd expectation that people will start confiding and sharing info with an anonymous poster just because s/he claims to be an attorney.

I have followed this thread since 2 individuals reached out to me to act on their behalf. I have gathered good information from this thread and from them personally. If anyone else has open issues or information they can provide that will assist in a case please email all info to legalresults @ post.com. Please note a civil case can take a while but if I have all the information I can represent accordingly.

I hope people heed discobull's advice here.

IIf legalresults is a qualified professional they can and should disclose their identity and provide their professional email address. Even then, if they aren't representing you then you have to ask who it is that they are representing.

Providing your evidence to an anonymous third party is not a smart idea. They could quite easily be under instruction to try and ascertain as much of the evidence that people could present in court against Adam Dicker as possible so they can build their own case around it.

E.g.

LOL, you should see some of the stuff which hasn't been shared, it hit my inbox from somebody anonymous a couple of weeks ago.

It is wise to be as cynical as possible and to trust people as little as possible. With me declaring on here that there is more that hasn't seen the light, and others stating that they are having trouble finding legal representation, this stinks a little bit of a shill using opportunism to gain info.

Post.com is a parked page. The domain post.com is registered to World Media Group LLC - worldmediagroupllc .com seem to be involved in some expensive domains. Googling them turns up interesting results https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=131009.0

Bear in mind if Dicker is going down there are sharks circling to snap up his domains as cheap as possible and they will see advantage in info. The more trouble the cheaper the price.

I think post.com was a free email provider, so basically its a free email address. Just like hotmail.com.

Still, why would you send evidence to an anonymous person with a free email address.

.

i think post.com was a free email service or still is. Popular names are being rented out to email address providers.

Also keep in mind that spammers often use domains they don't own to spoof an email address. You can send mails from any domain you want to even if you don't own it.

It is well known and a common problem for people who own a lot of popular domains that they are being spoofed and used for spam mail.

Obviously Worldmedia has nothing to do with that. It would be like saying Microsoft spams because some send junk mail from a hotmail address.

Hopefully people are smarter than to do so.. Its like nothing less than a "lead gen" of sorts....

AD sold Worm.com to Namespro Solutions Inc of Vancouver as of 11/14/15. The sale of Worm.com should have raised AD a healthy sum to pay back his victims. We'll see.

FYI: AD had Worm.com registered since 2002, originally using a Cayman Islands address and his infamous [email protected] email address. Nice.

Selling off all of this best domains, looks like he's just trying to liquidate to walk away from the industry with as much capital as he can, either to start something new or to pay off the mortgage to make early retirement possible.

As for refunds.... surely we've all given up on that now? Shane Bellone has refunded those who donated to the legal fund, nobody has heard from any of those owed money for yonks....

Either they've all given up on the idea of being refunded or they've all signed an agreement designed to silence them.

If those who are owed money are like me they are hard at work ensuring AD has as little wiggle room as possible. Our summons has been issued (they just need to serve him) for the 40k plus that he owes us and it will take a couple of weeks before we know what excuse he will put forward as his defence. It will make no difference though we have over 60 emails from Adam promising to pay us back along with a number of payment plans that he missed and then cancelled Pay Pal ECheques. Also the domain names he offered as security that never eventuated! He has no room to move here but we expect he will try to defend to buy more time.. Luckily he asked us to pay him into his personal account so I have a personal action to go on rather than one of his so called "companies".

Actions speak louder than words here, my advice do not waste your time talking to him, and as for his lawyer I think his brief is limited to damage control, not resolution, two emails to him with no response! He wont even confirm he is acting for AD nor will he confirm he can accept service of the summons.

Once again thanks to all the posters that have provided solid evidence to us to assist us in our claim, after 6 months of promises this blog made us realise we to had been tricked. As a small sign of our appreciation we plan to donate 20 percent of the net proceeds we receive from our claim to pay those who have confirmed their debt with Shane to be paid on a pro rata bases.
Good luck to you all.

No, he has not paid everyone any back. I've received only empty promises, no refund.

That is "F*cked up! What is the hell is wrong with this industry. At least half the so called experts are a bunch of scum bags/frauds, etc. I hope Adam pays you back! Shame on Adam!!!

Perhaps you should ask Ron Jackson, purveyor of DNJournal.com and the organizers and SPONSORS of the domainer conferences at which Dicker was asked to be a guest-speaker. I remember those individuals having wonderful things to say about AD, praising his accomplishments.

After you ask them your question, perhaps you'll share here what they have to say.

I used to go to all the conferences, been in this industry since 1998. Had some great times and met some great people, but looking back 1/2 the speakers that were so called experts turn out to be scum bags. There are some great people in this industry. Too bad Rick Swartz doesn't come back and put up a "hall of shame" for all these scum bags scamming our industry. It's time to call these people out!!!

Well Jim that would make for a lot of 'scum bags' that need to be called out. Since you seem to have an inside on who 'some' of them may be, why not you start and name 'some' of them to make other domainers aware so as to keep them from falling into their 'scamming' schemes. If you can prevent others from falling prey to AD like scams, you'd be a domainer savior. Or are you just gonna keep them protected so 'business' (your) can go on as usual?

Rick Schwartz is another individual who has said wonderful things about Dicker in the past. But now he seems to be eerily silent about Dicker, at least here anyway. Have you seen his commentary about this situation anywhere?

Not going to protect anybody, but I can only call out who I had a business relationship with who try to screw me. I did warn people about Rick Latona, Rob Monster, Chief Patrick, (they were not doing what they saying they were going to do) and voiced my opinion about what Adam Dicker did with conflict of interest on bidding on auction domains when he worked at Godaddy. Although I have no proof, but be careful of certain domain brokers who act like there buying names from you for there clients but in fact buying the names for themselves. That is a big conflict of interest.

DCG.com has moved to Namespro Solutions Inc of Vancouver as of 11/15/15. The DCG.com website still resolves. So, this could be a lending-against-collateral situation, not a purchase. Either way, there's monetization of the domain name going on.

So did a$$holes.com, also a Dicker domain.

Check whois of namespro.ca if you want to know who now controls the domains.

The Whois gives the standard private contact details offered by namespro.ca
http://www.namespro.ca/PrivateWhois.asp

So the domain may still be owned by the original registrant, just transferred out of US jurisdiction

who is namespro solutions?

Answer: http://www.namespro.ca/WhyNamespro.asp

They list reputable clients on that page. Adam Dicker does not appear in that list.
