I know there are many experts that will tell me the right way.

I have this domain which is nice no doubt :p or maybe i am wrong.

Information Mesothelioma keyword gets monthly 1100 searches and now my site gets average 7-10 visitors daily. I don't have adsense now but if i used once to get like $1-$5 per click.

My question to experts.

Do you think it's a good domain and is nice to run myself?
Today i am thinking of selling my website but what do you suggest me to do?

I will appriciate your answers and suggestions.

if you can generate income using adsense why not keep it?
