in my opinion i would arrange them as .co is the best and then .io and then .cc

I put .cc in the first place and then .co and then .io

If you're talking startups then it's probably .co .io .cc
If you're talking tech startups then it's probably .io .co .cc

Type of domain determines order in my opinion.

I think the variation in opinions here speaks volumes.

I recently acquired friendship.cc - my only one to date. I have numerous .co domains but no .io.

Chinese investors prefer .CC
and right now they drive the MARKET

plus I frequently use CTRL+Enter to complete .com so .co is awkward
