Why don't most sellers put a ballpark price in their threads.

They list their LLLL.com or LLL.net and say 'make offer'

This just leads to time wasting on both ends in my opinion. Give a ballpark asking price, that way, you won't receive lowball offers and you don't have to keep going back and forth with the buyers

Because they DREAM with a high 5 figure offer for their $ XXX USD domains! lol :xf.grin::smuggrin::xf.laugh::ROFL::hilarious:

Because domain sellers want to leave all options open and don't want to cap their income.

Sometimes, you receive offers that are generous and above expectations. Doesn't happen too often though :xf.smile:

In addition to what other said, almost all offers for make offer threads will be pretty much around the lower end of the ball park range
