In limbo...How to market a Food Domain. Puzzled

Its a Food domain. Ive gotten good appraisals thus far. But
the problem I've run into is my name is too brandable.

The domain I own is ChefsLabel.com (and non-plural). I know
pretty every marketing tactic there is, but I've never developed or
marketed a food domain before. I'm actually pretty clueless as
to what keywords to use for it. Ive placed it on Sedo and have run
into a stumbling block on how to promote it.

Should I contact chefs who are about to introduce a recipe or
established food companies with pre-existing food entrees. Any advice
will be more than appreciated. I want to develop it. But I dont
have any food that I plan on marketing. If I have to hold onto
this domain for a while, what do I do to monetize it.

Maybe have a directory with all available
top chefs - in top restaurants
depends on what kind of revenue...ppc on dir. might
fair well

The only suggestion I have is to develop it into an online recipe site - maybe you could also have some sort of affiliate set up selling cook books perhaps ?

It's a nice name though :)

Private label recipe books and articles? Vanity cookbook publishing? That's the route I'd take..
