.IN domain with 65,984 overture - Transexual.in - What do you think?

I can't believe it was still up for registration but i was able to handreg Transexual.in

Overture results for transexual: 65,984
Google results for transexual: 5,530,000

India has a population of about 1,129,866,154

I kinda think this was a hot handreg - what's your thoughts?

1. transexual - a person who has undergone a sex change operation
transsexual unusual person, anomaly - a person who is unusual
2. transexual - a person whose sexual identification is entirely with the opposite sex

What's adult about that?

I would also say it'd be adult, although there is a good reason to sell it to a transexual support site. Transexual.in/america, etc.

I think more importantly a Google search on 'transexual' filtered by pages from India returns less than 10K results and a lot of those are most definitely of an adult nature

We have our own word for transexual and transgendered - It's Hijda.

And it's not a nice word either...taken as an insult almost all over India.

Though this is still a very nice name and worth a bit if you can find an enduser.

it's good for adult sites, but .in doesn't allow that use.


I found it some months ago, looking the local word too, but the romanization of हिजड़ा has many problems and there were about 5 names to reg, so i didn't reg any.
