I need to sell this site as school is over in a week and I won't have internet access for the next four months.

It is only 31 days old and has received $71 in net profits simply from donations ($131 donations-$60 for server). No money spent in advertising. All word of mouth and other directories.

3,700 registered users (by e-mail activation).

Put adsense and banners and you have great potential.

700+ uniques hitting the main site per day to use the services.
and
1000+ uniques hitting the data subdomain per day to view images with the browsing script.

Proof of revenue and stats are available. You can take over the hosting or move it.

I will include a script to make the users a trial period ie. 7 days and can write a script that automates paying for a upgrade service if you wish and are paying enough.

PR=0 (just dropped from 4... no idea why)
Please reflect the alexa and pr ratings on the fact this site is new but growing exponentially.

I am not sure the value of such a site. I know it would be worth a lot more if I had the ability to hang onto it until September.

I am hoping to get around $400.

If this is unrealistic please let me know!

Also might be interested in a trade for a site that generates revenue but requires NO maintenance.

Maintenance? None. I just upgrade the user level on members who have donated (Right now donating members have their watermark removed) and keep an eye on people who are trying to host porn.

So many members so fast? I encourage everyone to sign up and take a look. There is a powerful image editing program I wrote that utilizes imagemagick.

I dont mean to stick my nose in here but i can confirm the stats that are being quoted above. I currently have a joint server with Photodump.com.

If you need to i'm sure we can sort out getting a public copy of AW stats sorted.

I would also say that i have an image hosting site that has had 500 members join in just 5 days, so the 3000 members in 31 days is possible.
