This is a great place to make friends and learn about domaining. I wouldn't get your hopes up about cashing in here on the forums. Domain investors are looking for deals, and it is a game of patience.

You will learn that chances are your domain is not good, or no one is interested in buying it for more than $xx-$xxx. It's a harsh reality all domain newbies have to face sooner or later.

However, if you stick with it, you may get lucky and sell one of your domains for 4,5,6 or more figures to an end-user and see your domain get put to use by a real world company. A joy that makes it all worthwhile.
