Just wondering if I take payrise.net to auction at sedo after receiving a mimimum offer of $60 how much do you think it will get in the end?

Any comments and/or appraisals welcome.

i don't see this breaking three digits. the much more common phrase is "pay raise" and "pay rise" just sounds a bit weird. is there any traffic/revenue already going to this domain at all?

yes pay rise sounds weird and .net to boot

right now people just want to keep thier job, not ask for more money

may not get a second bid

"pay rise" is a phrase quite commonly used in the UK. Maybe you could find a way to promote it to UK domainers or end-users?

As an American "Pay Rise" does sound odd to me also. I don't see a bidding war starting for this one unless I am missing something.

I see the brit angle on this now, http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/business/2947990.stm but still a net on a site that developed would only be an info type of site.

Maybe it should be a co.uk then

Still I am sure people in the UK are not thinking about asking for a pay rise now

And yes, it seems that pay rise is more or a birtish saying, because being English pay raise seems a bit weird.

Perhaps targeting a british market would be better, and I agree that a .co.uk would have been better than a .net, but it still has potential.

As far as unique visitors and revenue go I have only had it parked for just under a week so not much stats to go off. However, it has had 8 uniques in the past few days.
