Where is the best place to park IDN in Chinese, Korean, and Japanese?

don't know about those specific languages, but i have a few IDN's at namedrive which convert pretty well.

I'd have to vouch for Namedrive as well. Geo-targeted parked pages (language on the page changes depending where the visitor is accessing page from) work the best with IDNs.
