I have 3k $ so I can accept offer with this maximum budget.

I can increase budget if the offer is a good deal.
I have to grow my portfolio.

Depends from stats.. Generally for 12 months if stats are stable I can pay to 12/16 months.. Or up to 24 months.. Depends by many factor. I am happy to see you here, finally a parking player.
