Hi all. Not sure if you can assist. I bought a site here on namepros a couple of days ago and when the name was pushed on godaddy i immediately and without thinking parked it, updating the nameservers. When the time came to install onto my host i of course did not have the server name. I asked the seller for the names but he said sorry, it was not his hosting and he doesn't have the server details. So, now i am siteless!!! Any ideas if this can be reinstated or have i done my dash?

It seems that you need to have web hosting account first. As you have bought domain name only not web hosting accout included

What happened when you changed nameservers at your godaddy account?
Did you give your valid personal info in the domain whois?
If so, see no problem with data recovery to gain access to your godady account.

I don't have time to google it myself but do a search on "whois history" or "domain history". You can probably get history info on your domain and find out what the old nameservers used to be without too much trouble.

What for? I suppose that is not a problem to have web hosting account (at least free one) to park domain name
