Hi investors,

I was doing hand reg as per my daily routine to check if some name is available for not. I came into the luxuryplus.com which seems to be interesting and a perfect name to own untill I saw history and sales (There was nun).

Owner is selling at just 20$ it seems he wants to get ride of this name.

If we look into the name. It is brandable, memorable and also matches many factors except the worst past records and maybe many more that I am not aware, Is this the reason why the good looking brandable name is just a carp?

Are you certain that $20 is the buy-now price, and not a 'minimum offer' price? - Also, it could be a fake listing by a non-owner, which happens all the time.

Where do you see it for sale?

Hint: if it were truly for sale at $20, it would have been bought a long time ago, as this is a $xx,xxx domain :)

P.S. what I meant to say was, this is a totally worthless domain. It's best if you DM me where you see it for sale at $20, so I can tell the owner in person that the domain is worthless. You should just DM the sale location to me, rather than posting it here publicly. No need to bother all the other members here, they have more important things to do with their valuable time.

If you have actually seen this domain available for $20, which would clearly be a pricing error, and you've decided to alert other domainers to this rather than buy it instantly, then domaining really isn't for you.

It's a long story. I was thinking like if owner is selling the domain for just $20 then the name is not enough to invest. I have done analysis but missed main part of that the domain is registered in many extension. But soon I realised this, I posted this thread.

Now it seems I am late and also I won't think seller will sell it for $20. If he doesn't then he is lame...

I have done blunder mistake by revealing public but let's see..

Regretting now......

I got a big name first time and this is what I done..... But I am also sure he won't sell it for $20 and for now I cannot do big amount deal.

I am guessing it was never actually for sale for $20.

It's the type of quality two word .com that sells daily at expired auction for mid xxx to low x,xxx.

He set the minimum offer in GoDaddy. Let's see if he do some changes.

It wouldn't have been accepted, some people just like receiving lots of offers so they can counter them.

Go and submit the $20 offer, and I bet the counter offer will be something like $10000

Even if it's now listed for sale with a minimum offer of $20, it might not be listed by the owner, so take that into account as well.

I have some 2k min offers on domains I want six figures for, some 100 min on ones I might want thousands for. Half the time they are default or I could not be bothered.

It takes too much effort to manually set min offers on thousands of domains. Serious buyers tend to make serious offers.

The min offer doesn't mean anything.

Domain is managed by Mark Monitor, no way they're going to accept a $20 offer.

They list and sell domain names on behalf of their clients.
