I need some opinions on potential portfolio sale?

I have up for sale 35+ names, I have an offer on the table, I am inclined to take it. I know some of the names in the package are worth potential thousands next year. As with everyone, I want to make a good profit, and I want the person whom I am selling the names, to also make a profit when he resells them. I would greatly appreciate any opinions on this offer I have received.

Don't reveal you're in weak bargaining position. Ask a moderator to delete this thread. If the person you're negotiating reads this you've put yourself in a much weaker positon.

Depending on what the offer is, I do believe you should take it. I also believe that having this post does put you in a weaker position. Delete the post and take the money.

I do need money, but mostly for another project that could ultimately yield a significant return. Even if he were to read this thread, its not like the offer what I was looking for exactly. I could easily use this money to jumpstart something very worth while, not just buying domains. I would not consider anything less than what was offered for the names. I have only had them posted for 1 day. I don't think it puts me in a weaker position asking opinions.
