She meets the demands to do it Russian style. Better option than woman on top On a serious note, this is a case where I wouldn't mind social security to pay a breast size reduction for her. Unless she doesn't want it, but back problems for sure justify the social security system to consider that operation as a medical necessarity rather than plastic surgery.
