I had a low-mid xx,xxx offer,what to do?

Recently i got emailed from an end-user asking for a site i have .

It has like 60~70k alexa rank, 2,5-3k unique visitors per month, and growing.Montly profit is high xxx.

The offer is low-mid xx,xxx $ .

I dont know what to do, please help!

Sounds like it's probably a fair-good offer, although it's impossible to say for sure without knowing more about the site.

What kind of work is required to make this money each month (eg. selling products, advertisements, adsense, etc)?

That's only 100 uniques/day.
That's VERY VERY high alexa ranking for such traffic

nahh.. I had 60k alexa on one of my previous sites to with only 3k uniques monthly, its about the niche
