Sorry, but this sounds like a very-average-name. 60 dollars us - take it before they leave. 495 is pretty high.

Is your domain parked on Sedo? If not then you will be paying $50 to Sedo so u only get $10.

i hear that term ( my nest egg ) quite often ? since it being a .net ask $395 lowest price , and they might counter the offer up to $300 ??????

$495 isn't bad as an asking price; it didn't stop someone from making an offer of $60. TK is absolutely right: If you are going through Sedo, your e-mail should have shown the $50 fee. If you want to make them $50 and pocket about the same as a reg fee and break even, take the offer...otherwise, counteroffer with the idea of coming away with at least $100 for yourself. I do have one problem though!
I purchased this domain through a very expensive registrar (TPP-Internet ripoff!) at the time. I'm not familiar with the transfer procedures so could someone shine a light for me? Costs involved in ownership transfer fees etc...?
You guys are so helpfull so far and it's much much appreciated!
