I haven't been able to login to my namebright account for 1 month. I reset the password but it doesn't work. My domain is in my account.

Login failed. Username or password is incorrect.

gives the error.

I made a domain backorder via dropcatch. My domain is in my account, my information is correct, but I can't enter. username: insidae, my mail is correct but not entering. I cannot access my domain. I sent an e-mail, no response, I tried many ways. There is no violation on my account.
I cannot reach anyone :(
how do i solve it?
