Trying to see if anyone can share with me a basic HTML code, to input an email address, type a text in and send that text to that email address.

Hey thanks a lot,
actually what i need is that but when you submit it
the email will be sent to the email address submitted with the form
and one more twist
a drop down box with few items in there
after each one is selected a different text appears in the text box
