HTML help needed

I am trying to edit the link on the left hand side of this site giantschnoodles.com

According to what i can see the file to edit is index.shtml and it's in the Karma directory. I downloaded that files from the directory and the links arent in there just the body text. Any suggestions?

The site is probably using ssi (server side includes) so that you need not edit the link on every page. Look for something like this:
<!--#include virtual="/example.htm" -->
in this case example.htm is the file containing the links.

it just redirection to http://www.caring-products.com/Karma/index.shtml

see how many index*.* you have on that directory and download those you'll find what you're looking for
