How to know if my Domain banned?

Hello guys
How to know if my domain has been banned from Google?
I have tried some tools to check, but each tool gives different result.

Only tool you need is this =======> google.com/webmasters/tools/
But you have to own the domain in order to properly check it. After you'v added the domain to your "webmaster tools" account then go to ==> Search Traffic ===> Manual Actions
There you will see any manual actions/penelties on your domain. If you don't see anything there then its all good.

The domain is parked with Sedo,
to create a DNS (Domain Name System) record that proves to Google that I own the domain I should follow this step:
Under the Domains header, look for the domain name you are using and click Configurate (Config)
where is that?
