    Dear Rintu88,
yes of course you can register the domain after the drop.
If you are able to make a hand registration, this means that no one in the business domain market wants to register this domain.
If you want to discover the drop time, search the domain in expireddomains.net to discover the day and then check the Drop Time windows according the the tld.
But if you want to register a domain this means that you want it! So it's better to use a Drop Catching service so you don't have to worry about the drop time and you have more chance to register it.
And finally, you have no chance to register it manually if the expired domain is a good domain

Yes, you can hand register a domain after it drops. The caveat being that if it’s a popular domain, someone might beat you to the punch by registering it the second it drops.
