advice How to Contact Prospects According to Italian CanSpan Act

Hi everyone, I live in Italy and I can't send cold emails to potential customers without opti-in, so I devises two alternative strategies for contacting prospects:

1. Messaging them through Facebook (or other socials) following the email templates/examples you propose in the MD course.

2. Find freelance assistants in USA to send emails or (maybe better) to contact the potential buyers on the phone.

Do you think this are viable strategies and which one is better for you?
