How to add Add Funds to my account @ godaddy.com through paypal.com?

At the last payment screen you should have an option for
"Paypal" or "Paypal on file at Godaddy"

Looks something like this

Select Your Payment Method: learn more about payment options
CreditCard
Creditcard - Account on file at GoDaddy.com, Inc
Paypal
Paypal - Account on file at GoDaddy.com, Inc.

To make it "An account on file"
you just go in to payment methods and add it there.
No need to "transfer" funds
