advice How much can I earn from a content site developed from a single word traffic domain?i

Hi, if i have a traffic domain having a searching volume of 40000 for example, and a 0.80 CPC, how much do you think i can earn from ads as a minimum? (I need to get an idea to make a decision).

why?

because search volume "does not equal number of unique visitors" a domain may receive
nor does the cpc indicate how much any clicks will pay

imo...

You can calculate like 400*0.80 but it will never be acuratte and probably noone will tell You that becouse of too many factors.
